It was cancelled because the main organisator (Pieter) did not manage
to announce it on time.

Furthermore, if there is 15 people at WBM v3.14, I will be very happy.

You only need dedicated people to make a successful event.

See you maybe on the 4-5-6 September in the South of Belgium, I will
send the draft announcement tomorrow morning on this list for
comments.
