they could start this activity writing an open email to olsrd-devs mailing list.
Instead they prefer to write to key people of the mailing list to keep
their activities secret.
I dont agree with this way of working.
I think they want feedback on their work, that they can release just
when is good for them.

I don't know who you are working for. Google now tells me it is Fraunhofer FKIE.

Henning, you are free to do whatever you want.
On my side I will not attend to a meeting organized with private
emails, where there is a open community with a public mailing list
behind the olsrd project.
