Cool.  A few minor desiderata from me, if you have the energy.

* The Channel Surfer Test

I'd like to see the test done in both the L1->L2 and the L2->L1 directions.

* Don't Cross the Streams Test

In this test (and possibly in the others), it'd be good to check for TTL
exceeded packets, in order to see if we have any bugs related to loop
avoidance.  (If possible, it'd be cool to use a smaller initial TTL.)
