[Battlemesh] slides on olsr

Its a storage place (a C struct with accessor functions) where data
about the link layer gathered by some plugin is stored. The idea is
that the consumer (for example the link metric) doesn't need to know
where its link-layer data is coming from, so we can get some platform
independence for the consumers.
