deploy wifi following the model of guifi.net (a community wireless network
in Spain).
The location is Nuvem (Brazil).
The most interesting idea is to engage the local community in Nuvem, Brazil
to extend the deployment after the day 20.

The telecommunication structure will be hybrid: infraestructure model (BGP,
OSPF), and mesh (bmx6)

This project will finance 3 people in terms of food and allocation, but not
for the travel (sorry).
