For the T-Shirts i think 2 weeks is ok but for the shipping i can't tell for sure yet. I need to investigate it first.

Thanks Martin. I think this is a perfect solution.

We may want to set a deadline after which we grab all the sizes in the database and we give them to George.

@George: how much time in advance did you give all the data to your friend last year? Based on this (+ some time for the shipping) we can set the deadline (assuming everybody agrees on this procedure).
