Thanks for bringing this up! I simply forgot to forward the information 
already residing in the land of my fuzzy mind :)

Unfortunately, the warm-up event did not stand the challenge of 
transforming from initial plans into something real.

We were in contact with a quite new wifi community on an island (Samsø), 
whi would love to get a visit from experts in the field, and we even 
went to visit them during the reconn meeting in October.

Despite this approach, we were unable to find the money to fund the 
transportation and hosting, and the local community were unable to 
deliver the needed enthusiasm due to a lack of man power.

So, to compensate for the missing social hours during the wamp-up 
weekend, we will have to plan for social events during the week :) More 
information on this will follow...
