[Battlemesh] Date for Battlemesh v9 in Porto

Hi,

First of all thank you for your help choosing the Battlemesh date next year!

After reviewing the results, the two weeks of May had similar votes, with
the first week of May having slightly more yes votes. The first week of May
is also better in terms of logistics, as there are no classes and thus
there is a lot more freedom to deploy nodes and move around the University
(not to mention social events).

Taking into consideration that the Wireless Community Weekend is from May
6th to 8th, and trying to avoid overlapping the two events and allow more
people to attend, the local team suggests that the next WBM would be held
from the 1st of May (Sunday) to the 7th of May (Saturday).

I will check with the two hostels for the availability for those dates and
I will let you know the final decision.
