[Battlemesh] Cable tester

A Test-Um TP600 has been my buddy for years; purchased used for pretty
cheap off Ebay.  It only tests continuity (including the shield), and it
can measure length, but it won't be able to test for stuff like impedance
mismatch.

I've discovered this one will drain its 9V battery over time (perhaps
similar products do the same).  I just pull the battery and stash it in the
cloth case when not in use.
