[Battlemesh] [bufferbloat-fcc-signers] logo suggestions for open wifi effort

After watching the call last night, I was thinking about 'public source.'

This is another idea.

I've added 3 people, for the public. The image is reminiscent of a floppy,
but also has some elements of the wifi symbol.
