hmm, I understand your concerns. Google forms were the easiest/fastest way to 
we could think of to make sure we get all the info we need in one place.

I believe you can just e-mail the content of what you would put into google 
form directly to v9 at battlemesh.org  

(local team, please correct me if that is not desired)
