[Battlemesh] Sponsor generic mail

Hi,

We managed to get the space for the event for free. This means that the most expensive part would be for travel scholarships, as in previous editions, bringing more people from outside Europe.

Other expenses would be food package, some coffe during the event and t-shirts. If we do not have money for those specific items we can ask some contributions at the beginning of the wbm.
