[Battlemesh] Testbed hardware

INSA in Lyon, France have a very nice remote-control test bed in a big
shielded room in the basement of a building there, with a set of nodes with
computers, SDRs and all sorts setup.  I don't know if that is of use for
battlemesh, however.
