Dear all, it was amazing to be at the warm-up event will all of you.
The people from Sarantaporo and the organizers did an excellent work
and I was really impressed about how the village was involved in the
event and his friendliness. Unforgettable !<br>

I think it as an opportunity to establish links with some people in
the academic community that may be fruitful for both sides.<br>
The Battlemesh paper doesn't have to be long or "smell" academic
:-), a 3-4 pages paper might be enough. It depends what you want to
show. For instance explaining how the Battlemesh works, what kind of
tests/deployments you think are useful/representative, a critique on
the usefulness of smaller scale or other type of typical
experiments, a list of what you think are hot or open topics in
Manet networks, etc.<br>

If you work on the text we can help with the formatting (Latex
template).<br>
<br>
Registration to the event for you (non academics) will be low cost
(the cost of the coffee break that will be served). Depending on the
participation we can organize a panel discussion from people from
both "worlds". It could be fun and instructive :-)<br>

location/team for the next event ?
2/WiMob 2012 paper submission for "battlemesh"
Leandro Navarro Moldes [1] (Professor @ Universitat Politècnica de
Catalunya) came to us during the warm-up and was bringing the
idea/motivation of bridging a little more the battlemesh community and
the academic people and proposed that we could submit a "group paper"
to the WiMob conference [2] (Oct 8/9/10 2012 in Barcelona) about the
battlemesh. The submission deadline for this 4pages paper is May 16th,
2012 and we could do a group editing and sign it as "battlemesh
{people ,organization, ...}" basically explaining, summarizing the
things done during this past 5 WBM and the spirit of this event as we
discuss it on a different thread.
=> we could start this paper group editing in the coming weeks if
agreed and have some draft ready for submission that people could
present during the conference.
What do you think about this idea ?
Again many Efharistos to the greek organizers and people preparing
this event in the previous months to make it happen!
