Yes, I CouchSurferd at Wireless Summit in Vienna and it also worked very<br>
well. You just have to be frank in advance and say that you will be<br>
attending an event and have almost no time for the host but that event<br>
is about this and this. Some people will then decline, but you will also<br>
find people who will appreciate what are you doing and they will see<br>
this is as their way of contributing to the cause. So, just bring this<br>
upfront.<br>

At least I know for myself, when I am hosting, sometimes I do not have<br>
time for guests. But if I can help and they are even doing things I find<br>
important, why not just sleep over at my place?<br>

Of course, you will probably have a harder time find the couch. But it<br>
is possible.<br>
