[Nodeshot] dBm e statistiche per grafi disponibili sui device con firmware GSoC

Guys, please write in english also if you can because other people from
all over the world are following this list.

Gioacchino is asking how to implement a functionality that works with
the firmware developed in Pisa, that outputs some info that nodeshot
could retrieve.

Gioacchino, if you want to do it quick and dirty it would be quite easy.

In nodeshot2 it should be possible to do it in a cleaner way, selecting
which ip addresses should be monitored using whatever type of scripts we
want.

At the moment the possible quick solution would be to modify this script:

https://github.com/ninuxorg/nodeshot/blob/master/nodeshot/scripts/snmp.py

so that if SNMP is not active on a certain ip address it will try to
query "/cgi-bin/getdbm.cgi". It should really be quick.
