[Nodeshot] Node details draft

[nemesis]

 It should be the optional feature to upvote or downvote a node. It will 
 be used for a pilot project called "Votespot" or "VoteMySpot" during 
 2014.

 We probably won't use it in ninux.org, but we might use the comments 
 feature.

 I was playing with colors and stuff, hope to clean up and finish this 
 today.
