[Nodeshot] Main test instances in continous deployment

Let's recap:

we have 3main insances up & running:

  * *nodeshot-demo.publicwifi.it* - which will likely stay purely as a demo
  * *nodeshot.votaspot.publicwifi*, on which I'll start doing user
    testing for a pilot project
  * *test.map.ninux.org*, with data synced daily from map.ninux.org,
    used by volunter ninux users which occasionally send feedback

All the instances are automatically updated with a continous deployment
flow, that is, whenever changes are pushed to github there's a server
which prepares a build, runs the tests and if everything is ok updates
the instances, this should not only speed up & facilitate real user
testing but it also forces us to mantain at least enough backward
compatibility to ensure updates run smoothly.
