[Nodeshot] nodeshot error event logging with sentry

We have just setup a sentry instance to log nodeshot error events,

If it works well i'll try to ease up configuration and installation by
documenting it in the production installation docs.

It looks very good so far, but let's wait until we get some real error
data to judge! :-)
