according to http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wdr4300
the initial flashing is "only" possible via HTTP, activating tftp needs
serial console soldered...mass flashing a fresh router should be similar
like http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wr1043nd#oem.mass.flashing
