[Battlemesh-test] test-router platform upgrade, decide on numbers

WDR3600 and WDR4300 are very good devices. I really like them and I have 
no problems to report. Maybe the internal wifi is a little week but 
enough for most of the scenarios.

30 would be a very good number!
