Ok, here are some initial neato parameters that produce this pic:
http://texas.funkfeuer.at/wbmtopo/topology.png
neato -T png -o topology.png -Gsize=80,60 -Nfillcolor="#c5f5ff" -Nfontname=fixed -Nfontsize=36.00 -Efontsize=36 -Nlayer=nodes -Nshape=rectangle -Nstyle=rounded -Nwidth=1.30 -Earrowhead=normal -Earrowsize=1.50 -Edecorate=false -Efontname=fixed -Elabeldistance=7.00 -Elabelfloat=false -Elabelfontcolor=#000d32 -Elp=top -Elen=16.0 -Gbgcolor=transparent
Usually I still color the nodes or links (based on ETX or so) but it seems your dot format is slight different than the one from the dot_draw plugin.
In any case, you can also look at the whole topology via ubigraph [1] if you have a dot_draw plugin running somehwere. Can someone install a dot_draw somewhere on a public IP (or do an ssh forward)?
