exactly. Lets keep in mind that the boxes are CPU and memory constrained. I
see no problem running two protocols, given that the protocol implementation
is usable. In order to compare convergence with mobile nodes this the only
feasible scenario, IMHO.

We have been running up to three protocols simultaneously in a production
environment. I have seen one issue so far: If you try to saturate the links
the WLAN TX buffer might overflow and block transmissions for all test
candidates. This can be addressed by tweaking the test protocol.
