[Battlemesh] [WBMv4] Meals and social events

Hello,

Regarding meals and social events:

* the general idea for the week days is to organize the breakfasts and
the dinners and to let people do whatever they want for lunch. During
the daytime attendees can buy food at the SBG bars and restaurants and
supermarkets.

* from Friday evening an during all weekend we will have the meals
together with SAX people

* the organizers want to take advantage of having you in Catalunya to
show the typical Catalan cuisine.

* if any of you have any special "issue", like being vegetarian,
allergy, etc., please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to
offer a solution.

* we, the organizers, need to know as soon as possible who will attend
what (this helps a lot to do the shopping and handle everything else).

* roughly the food is 12€ per day and per person, except on Saturday
because of the gala dinner and party, which is 25€ worth. We strongly
recommend you to join the dinner and the party.

* if anybody has any special problem to afford the food (and/or the
accommodation) let us know privately. We are sure we will find a
solution.

* if you have something to celebrate you are still on time to donate
money to "free" food or/and drinks. The BATMAN-adv people have already
donate to celebrate the inclusion of their software in the Linux
mainstream.

* if you have any think to comment, please say it



NOTE: SAX is the guifi.net gathering event. It more or less takes
place every year and a half and this time happens in parellel with WBM

Monday 14th, Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16th

   breakfast and dinner in Can Roca. 12€ per day and per person.


Thursday 17th, BATMAN-adv in the Linux kernel evening

   breakfast in Can Roca

   the BATMAN-adv folks will give a typical Catalan dinner "pa amb
tomaca [1] i pernil [2]" and free beer [3] and wine from the barrel
for everybody in Can Roca. Music night by the fire place (bring your
favourite records).

Friday 18th, SAX-WMB twinning botifarrada and party by the fireplace

   breakfast and a botifarrada [4] in the evening as a preSAX event
[5]. 12€ breakfast and botifarrada. Free beer all night long. Both in
Can Roca.

Saturday 19th, together with SAX

   breakfast in Can Roca and typical Fish Paella [6] for lunch in el
Casal (were SAX takes place). 12€ all together per person.

   SAX gala dinner & party in el Casal. Very special meal with cava
[8] and a lot of delicious courses because we have a lot to celebrate.
25€ per person.
