[Battlemesh] Guide to starting a mesh

Hi.  Well, I'm back in the States now.  I learned so much at the Battle, I 
was concerned that it wouldn't all stick in my head at the same time -- at 
least, not for very long.

Therefore, I spent much of my plane ride back writing up a synthesis of 
what I learned.

I hope that this document grows into a general, comprehensive guide for 
someone who wants to start up a mesh network in their community.

I took what I had so far and put it on the wiki.  Feel free to help edit 
it.  Make sure my statements are correct, fix the prose, fix the 
organization, add stuff to it, add external links.  There's a lot to do 
there.
