I really like this idea. It would be also useful to help them learn how
to flash and configure routers and so on. So that it would be less
presentations and more workshops-like things. So that everybody together
would do that.

Also I think that many among us know only their own routing protocol and
not others. It would be great if every team would teach everybody else
how to properly install and configure their own protocols and that let
them test those protocols. So that at the end everybody will have some
experience and knowledge about other protocols.

Because at home, in home networks, there is not always time to try all
different new stuff somebody is using somewhere else. Battlemesh could
be also such an opportunity. And maybe not just for routing protocols,
but also for other services and systems in networks (how to
install/configure VoIP, how to make radio, multicast...).
