[Battlemesh] Participation deadline arrives

Hello Battle Mesh Warriors,

The deadline is arriving tommorow!

On our last local meeting (25/02/2012) we have attempted to sync the wire 
transfers with the accomodation and transportation requests applied and have 
found some discrepancies. We had contacted those people and most of them are 
now resolved. :) Please note that Panos (the cashier) is currently abroad, so 
he may not be able to answer to emails and we may not be able to confirm wire 
trasnfers made after 24/02/2012 until he gets back. 

There are also some people who have requested for accomodation or/and 
trasnsportation through the official form but haven't made the transfer yet or 
have made it but it's not shown until now in HELLUG bank account. Those of you 
who have requested accomodation or/and trasnsportation for an event but have 
not made the transfer yet, please do, ASAP.

Also, do not forget to fill-in the registration form, even if you do not need 
accomodation or transportation so that we have an estimate on how many people 
will be attending! We are making plans for events which may depend on 
participation.

We are all looking forward to seeing you in Greece! I beleive we will have a 
great time in Sarantaporo and Athens.
