Hi, all

Possible to use the default mcast_rate setting?

The current setting of mcast_rate is not working 802.11s due to the iw
utilities is not updated (although patch is submitted) and mac80211.sh
is not updated for mesh setting.

root at test-26:/lib/wifi# iw wlan0 | grep "mesh join"
        dev <devname> mesh join <mesh ID> [<param>=<value>]*

root at OpenWrt:/# iw wlan0-1 | grep "mesh join"
        dev <devname> mesh join <mesh ID> [mcast_rate <rate in Mbps>]
[<param>=<value>]*
