Would you mind giving some specifics about what this original spirit is ? An 
active wifi community promoting free and open wireless networks ?

Having a WBM in Germany sounds like a great idea - what we lack are people on 
the ground who want and can pull it off. We hardly can make this decision for 
them or can we ?  ;-)
