It's interesting to look at the description of the people offering their
couch and look for common interests.

I couchsurfed only once in Córdoba (a big argentine city) for 10 days
during a community FM transmitter production workshop and all went very
well. Our host was into permaculture and free software and by
coincidence other people that attended the same workshop also stayed at
his place.

Guido has experience as a host, maybe he can share some insight on the
matter... though he may be off-line while he stays in Bolivia.
