NB:  From 15 T-shirts up we should get price of about 10 Euros per T-shirt
(short sleeve white, print in red) including shipping to Aalborg.

OK, the extra field is _not_ an option :( So the fallback is emailing me
with requested size(s) and I will update the paid-table - if we find a cheap
solution. (I will investigate some local options also...)
