sorry for confusion, my proposal was:
TP-Link TL-WDR4300 which is this one:

so 8mb flash, 128mb ram and
Atheros AR9344 at 560MHz and
Atheros AR9340 2.4GHz 802.11bgn and
Atheros AR9580 5GHz 802.11an
