[Battlemesh] KORUZA grows: World Wide Experiment & gen 5 alpha release candidate

Hi,

Byte Queue Limit and fq_codel apply to the routers, which are not
directly a part of KORUZA (media converter, Layer 1).

We are using openwrt trunk on tp-link routers to generate traffic and
perform testing. If the support for the two is already there is beyond
the scope of my knowledge.
