Has anybody technical information about Outernet that explains how this 
should work? I mean transmission power, throughput, receiving 
antenna/device, ...

They claim to push broadcast data to basic WiFi devices like 
smartphones. Ok, it's just a unidirectional communication. But 
nevertheless I really don't understand the link budget calculation for 
such a thing. Even if it's just a downlink with no uplink.
