[Battlemesh] Wibed public repo for Battlemeshv8

Finally, we have found something which is stable with OpenWrt trunk r46547.

To get wibed package feed:
git clone -b wbmv8 https://github.com/battlemesh/wibed-packages

To get OpenWrt trunk buildroot for wibed distribution:
git clone -b wbmv8 https://github.com/battlemesh/wibed
