We had Battlemesh events in France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Germany,
Denmark (not sure where the rest of them were).

The problem is that flights between Europe and US are quite a bit more
expensive than flights/trains in Europe. And some people even travel
by car (in groups) to the Battlemesh.
