Hi Mitar,
I'm assuming you are looking for something that costs a little less than
a new Fluke DTX.
The following product has a TDR (length measurement) feature. Which
might be a requirement to find a broken plug. But I'm not sure if it
measures each twisted pair separately.

Or buying one of the older Fluke DTX on Ebay. It will be a valuable
tool. I'm more than happy with mine. Although I have the newer version.
But it's just faster and measures up to higher frequency limit.
