[Battlemesh] Firmware lockdown and replaceable antennas

Does anyone know what effect these regulations could have on
devices with replaceable antennas?
A firmware can't detect what antennas you've attached, how long
the antenna cable is or whether you've inserted a lightning
protection. Such devices can't ensure proper transmit power - ergo
they'd become illegal?
No more Ubiquiti Rocket or Bullet, no more "D"(ettachable) variants
from TP-Link (e.g. TP-Link TL-WR814N vs. TL-WR841ND)? In fact, no
more PCI wifi cards either?
