probably implemented inside the ath10k firmware and only accessible
with the vendor driver. the press release doesn't say anything about
802.11s compatibility. hence kinda where Marvell has been 10 years ago
with the OLPC, just that QCA doesn't even claim to adhere to any
standards... however, I must admit that they are more honest about
their backdoors than Marvell back then, calling that "cloud-based
diagnostics" is pretty straight forward...
