[Battlemesh] WBMv11 recon team goes to Berlin

Hi, there!

Good news! Freifunk Berlin, through Monic, has proposed to host the next
Battlemesh at the c-base space station (https://www.c-base.org),
together with WCW 2018, which is celebrating 15 years!

After going through several awesome location proposals, Claudio, Filipe
and Paul are soon going to Berlin (December 1 to December 3) for a short
recon mission.

We will visit the city, check the venue, test some hostels and get to
know the local team, helping them to setup everything for this special
re-union next year.
