[Battlemesh] node-config: docs

Hello folks,

following the discussion we've had at this year's battlemesh I started
to document the internals of node-config.

Unfortunately, the video is not ready, yet.

Still, there some todos in the docs and I'm looking forward to tag a
2018.x release, when OpenWRT is ready.
