[Battlemesh] Livestreaming

Hey Ryan, thanks for the offer!

Cven (@c-base.org) has volunteered to cover streaming and recording,
equipment is already in place, but helping hands during the week are
very appreciated.

Regarding gear: as we have seen in previous battlemeshes, it never hurts
to have redundancy - murphies law and such - and you saved us from
putting many hours into post production last year :D
