[Battlemesh] FCC proposes more spectrum for Unicensed use

Hi Filipe,
I heard some plans about that at the IEEE 802.11 plenary meeting. It seems
like they want to prepare the successor of 802.11ax for that.
Let's hope we can get this in Europe too. :D
