to allow for more folks to be eligible to apply for GSoC -
now any student over 18 years old enrolled in a
post-secondary academic program or who has graduated from
such a program between Dec 1, 2020 and May 17, 2021 can
apply for GSoC. We also are allowing folks who have been
accepted into a post-secondary academic program that begins
by September 30, 2021 to apply.</li>
