E' passata questa discussione sulla lista di battlemesh, sembra
interessante.

Si può utilizzare il protocollo 802.11s disattivando la parte di
routing L3. Così otterremno una rete tipo adhoc, ma con alcuni
vantaggi, in primis il poterla bridgiare con altre interfacce.


Potremmo provare ad utilizzarlo alle cure, anzichè l'accrocchio con
trelay, che temo faccia da collo di bottiglia.

sembra anche più semplice da configurare.

Exactly... you can also put this into the OpenWRT wireless config.

I have yet to test this (should work without problem) because I was
busy with a kernel patch for 802.11s
