I am in contact with SMC and got information about:

They really look great (I have to get prices yet to see how great they are).

They use Ralink 3050. Does anybody has any experience with it? Good
experience? How is ad-hoc mode? How is OpenWrt support?

Is it possible to run this G/N routers in G-compatible ad-hoc mode in
general?
