Hi everyone,

I tried to make a synthesis of our discussions regarding the JSON
formats inthe README:

While doing so I read the GeoJSON specification and tried to adopt
similar terminology.

Surely a lot more work is needed to harmonize the terminology, define
missing parts, simplify the JSON structures, find better words and
definitions and so on, but by having a draft document I hope it will be
easier to explain what we are trying to do to the other devs (batman,
bmx, babel, openwrt, ecc).

I hope that each one of you can propose improvements in their own
respective field of interest
