E' un errore di sqlite3 [1], ma non lo ricevo più da almeno una settimana.
Forse è un lock che viene messo quando vengono effettuate le migrazioni
di django ( ./manage.py migrate).
Tra l'altro devo ancora provare a far girare django-netjsongraph con
postgresql e vedere se ci sono problemi simili quando arrivano più
richieste HTTP che modificano la stessa topologia.
