[Nodeshot] Web Client Geo Object

Hi to everyone.
I'm thinking about the possibility to have a special marker on mapserver:
the web client for logged user.
The web server can ask for client position and:

1) Put a special marker on the map (for distance and other features)
2) Center the map on the client
3) Save/Track the position in a special layer (if user wants) for:
   3a) Social and community reasons
   3b) For mobility ipv6 sperimentations
