[Nodeshot] Development install docs

[Nemesis]

It was quite annoying to have a manual install page which both described
a production install and a development install.

Now we have two pages and the procedure has been simplified:

Devinstall:
http://nodeshot.readthedocs.org/en/latest/topics/install_development.html
Prod install:
http://nodeshot.readthedocs.org/en/latest/topics/install_production_manual.html

It would be very useful if anyone could try the dev install and return
some feedback!
